The sessions are held via Microsoft Teams, in other words online. Therefore you are free to choose your own location. Long gone are the days of having to be physically present for a session with you therapy coach and online sessions are even more effective as you are in the comfort of the surroundings of your choice. It is important to choose an environment which is quiet and private, and with a good Wi-Fi source for the sessions.
