All of our programs are designed with real insight and understanding in mind. So you can count on us in that we know what we are doing and know how to guide you out of your predicament.  

All of our programs are live on Microsoft Teams. Long gone are the days of having to take precious time away from family, friends and work spend time and money every week to go and see a therapist, coach or counsellor. Something which can be incredibly inconvenient as well as a financial burden.

Delve into the Self-Cycle:
Anger and Stress Management Insight Program

Group Program. Online via Teams. 1 session. Duration 3 hours. Max 6 attendees

In this 3-hour session Mark will give a detailed deep dive into Self Cycle System where you will begin to understand the complexities of who you are and how change is actually possible. Coming to know your own self cycle is like switching on a light in the darkness and enables you with the knowledge to become the person that you want to be.  When you identify the root causes of your inner turmoil it is as if a veil has been lifted and it is with this understanding that you are able to free yourself from the problems of your emotional disturbances.

Anger & Stress Management Management Wake Up Program

Group Program. Online via Teams. 8 sessions. Duration 3 hours. 24 hours in total. Max 6 attendees

In this program, Mark will guide you through the various components of the Self Cycle System, allowing you to understand your personal self cycle on a deeper level. With this knowledge, you will gain valuable insights which can facilitate meaningful changes in the deeper aspects of your being, addressing and transforming unwanted feelings and behaviors that may be problematic in your life. By engaging with this program, you can expect to cultivate a sense of balance and joy, not only in your own life but also in the lives of those around you.

Back on the Horse: Top-up Session

Group Program. Online via Teams. 1 session. Duration 3 hours. Max 6 attendees

If you have successfully completed a program comprising more than one session, you are eligible to schedule a top-up session. These sessions provide an opportunity for you to focus on any topics you wish to explore. This time is dedicated to you, allowing you the freedom to choose the subject matter and ask and and get clarification on anything you wish to address. Additionally, these sessions offer up valuable insights when listening to the experiences, perspectives and solutions of others, so you may be surprised on what valuable information you may take from just one session.

FREE Meditation and Q & A Weekend Warrior Session

Group Session. Online via Teams. Duration 1 hour.

If you have already completed a program of more than 1 session then you will be able to attend this session.

In these 2-hour sessions you will learn the technicalities of and practice various styles meditation which will develop and aid positive qualities in you being. The styles include,  calming, reflective, visual and perspective shifts, for example, producing beneficial effects and help to bring about  positive change. At the end of the session there will be a period of time set aside for questions and answers to clarify and doubts and misunderstandings about the practices.

In these engaging 2-hour sessions, Mark will guide you on a journey to explore the deeper facets of your being through the self-cycle. You will discover how your past experiences and decisions have shaped your present, while also examining how your current actions and intentions will influence your future. Additionally, you will gain insight into the diverse range of feelings and emotions, including various forms of anger and aggression, and understand how our core beliefs and expectations reinforce these responses. Furthermore, you will learn about the development of negative emotions, particularly anger, and effective strategies for releasing them which will enable more peace in your mind.

Stress Management: Chill Out Program

1 on 1 Program. Online via Teams. 8 session x 2 hours. Total 16 hours.

In these 2-hour sessions Mark will take you on a journey to investigate the deeper aspects of yourself via the self-cycle. You will gain knowledge of the varied range of feelings and how overwhelm affects your body and mind. Additionally, you will gain insight into the causes of your stress and how your underlying core beliefs and how mismanagement and unrealistic expectations of yourself and others help to reinforce it. Furthermore, you will learn and engage in effective strategies for releasing the causes of stress, which will enable a more calm and productive state of mind.

Intense Anger Management: Transformation Program

1 on 1 Program. Online via Teams. 12 session x 2 hours. Total 24 hours.  £50 per hour

In these 2-hour sessions, Mark will guide you on a journey to explore the deeper facets of your being through the self-cycle. You will discover how your past experiences and decisions have shaped your present, while also examining how your current actions and intentions will influence your future. You will gain knowledge of the varied range of feelings and how overwhelm affects your body and mind. Additionally, you will gain insight into the causes of your stress and how your underlying core beliefs and expectations reinforce it and start to change them. Furthermore, you will engage in and learn for yourself numerous strategies to reduce and overcome the causes of stress in your body and mind which will enable a peaceful state of mind.
